PADI Tec Courses
Are you an instructor or technical diver with a thirst for knowledge, always looking for the next challenge? Then this is the course for you!
If you have yet to complete the technical diver courses that are prerequisites to becoming a Tec Instructor or Tec Deep Instructor, there is a package that combines all the technical diver levels and the instructor program.
A specialised course with a Technical Instructor Trainer and Course Director that will teach you everything you need to know about teaching technical diving.
You’ll gain valuable experience with plenty of decompression dives at Sipadan and technical training dives that will fully immerse you in the exciting world of technical diving.
Learn to teach technical diving and enhance your skills whilst gaining valuable technical diver experience in Sipadan.
You’ll be taught both backmount and sidemount configurations and given the choice of which configuration you will use in the future.
As part of the course you’ll be required to assist with lower technical courses before you can receive your rating as a Tec Instructor or Tec Deep Instructor.
Once you’re a qualified Tec Instructor, you can teach the Tec 40 course.
If you qualify for the Tec Deep Instructor you’ll be able to teach the Tec 40, Tec 45 and Tec 50 courses.
Both of these opportunities present you with unlimited diving.
The Tec Instructor program takes up to 6 days to complete, whilst the Tec Deep Instructor course takes 10 days to complete.
Learning the ins and outs of teaching technical diving could not be a more rewarding experience, and better yet is that you get to do your training in Sipadan – one of the world’s most highly acclaimed and much sought-after diving destinations.
As part of the course you are taught both sidemount and backmount configurations, which opens up both markets and gives you a broader opportunity for teaching.
Technical guides will film all your skill demonstrations in order to provide constructive feedback and advance your skills to a level you had never imagined.
